Here are some easy exercises that will not only keep you healthy, but will also help you in keeping in right shape with strong muscles and better immunity. If you are also worried about excess fat of the feet, you can get rid of them by doing some easy and basic yogic exercises.


Simply lie down on the ground with the right side and lift the head with the help of right hand. Keep the legs straight on top of each other. With the left hand bend the left foot, keep it in front of the right foot and hold it. Now raise the right leg upwards according to the capacity and then bring it down. Repeat the same process from left side. Repeat this action about 10-20 times on both sides. 

Stand up straight exercise.

Keep both your feet close together. Now raise the right leg upwards to the right with parallel to the ground. You can use the sofa or table If you are having difficulty in balancing during this time. While moving the legs upwards it should be straight not bend. Repeat the same action with the left leg. Do this 10-10 times first and then you can also increase it according to strenght.






Stand upright and spread the legs –

 A little more than your shoulders as shown pictured. Make a fist with both hands together and keep it in front of the chest. Keeping your neck straight, bend the knees width wise. Try to sit half bending and keep the weight on the ankles while sitting down. Stay in this position for some time and stand in this position of the feet. Repeat the process as many time as possible
